The aim of the study was to determine efficacy lower concentration Atropine 0.01% in promoting unaided visual acuity and slowing down progression myopia children over 6 months. It a hospital-based comparative outpatient department Ophthalmology, AL, LT, ACD, PPD, SPD, PGP were taken by Lenstar Lensometer. Comparative performed on 60 from 9 15 years age group with initial myopic spherical equivalence 0.5 6.00 D. screened for distance near using Snellen’s chart. Cycloplegic Refraction done know presence Refractive Errors. This approved IRB Ethical Committee. (SCAHS/IRB/2022/JULY/420).The inclusion criteria include Ammetropic no binocular vision anomalies history ocular disease. primary outcome rate after participants instructed use eye drops during night times months equivalence, axial length, lens thickness, anterior chamber depth, photopic scotopic pupil diameter re-assessed compare children. Sixty enrolled six which mean found be within 0.27D elongation shows 0.23 mm changes respectively, whereas there significant before assessment Spherical power, Axial Length, Anterior Chamber Depth, Lens Thickness, Photopic Pupil Diameter Scotopic all showed pre post stages, average reading deviating 0.25 normal limits.
